I had an incredible experience staying at Cougar Ridge in Torrey, Utah. The casitas are beautifully designed and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Capitol Reef National Park. Susie's exceptional hospitality made us feel right at home. However, the breakfast offerings could use some variety, and there’s no on-site restaurant yet, which is something to consider if you're looking for more dining options.
